5:00 PM - 6:30 PM - Hors D'oeuvres + Drinks
6:30-7:45 PM - Finalists will present their project in 5-minute presentations followed by 3-minute judge Q and A.
7:45 PM - 8 PM - Audience Voting
8:00 PM - Announce winners
8:00-8:45 PM: More mingling over snacks and drinks
